As a therapist, I support people who want to better understand themselves, heal old patterns, and move through life with greater clarity, freedom, and connection.

My style is warm, collaborative, and curious. I aim to create a space where you feel safe enough to be honest, explore what’s difficult, and connect more deeply with yourself. Therapy with me is not about quick fixes, but about meaningful, lasting change that emerges through insight, practice, and relationship.
