Therapy can be a space to process a variety of life experiences with care, deepen self-understanding, and build tools to feel more grounded, connected, and resilient. Clients who seek support here often want to grow, heal, and move forward with greater clarity and intention. I take a whole-person perspective—honoring mind, body, and spirit—and work collaboratively to understand how your history, relationships, and environment have shaped your inner world. Together, we build insight, strengthen resilience, and develop new ways of relating to yourself and others.
I work with adults children and parents. I have experience working with individuals in recovery, experiencing anxiety, depression, PTSD, self-esteem challenges, loneliness, relationship difficulties, and burnout.
Therapy with me is not about “fixing” you. It is about creating a grounded, thoughtful space where you can deepen self-understanding, heal old wounds, and move toward a more authentic and connected life. Reach out to set up a free consultation!
