You might feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure why things aren’t changing—despite your best efforts.
Maybe you struggle with anxiety, low motivation, or a persistent fear of disappointing others. You might find yourself overthinking, avoiding, or repeating patterns in relationships that you don’t fully understand.
I work with young adults and adults who are navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, and patterns like people-pleasing, perfectionism, and burnout. Many of my clients are thoughtful and self-aware, yet still feel stuck—wanting deeper clarity, more direction, and a different way of relating to themselves and others.
Therapy can be a space not just to talk, but to truly understand what’s underneath these patterns. Together, we explore how your past experiences, relationships, and environment have shaped your inner world—and how those patterns are showing up in your life now. This process can help you build insight, shift long-standing dynamics, and create meaningful, lasting change.
My approach is holistic and integrative, drawing from psychodynamic therapy, somatic awareness, and a strengths-based perspective. This means we pay attention to both your thoughts and your body, working with the full picture of your experience—not just symptoms, but the deeper roots.
With me, therapy is not about “fixing” you. It is about creating a grounded, thoughtful space where you can deepen self-understanding, heal old wounds, and move toward a more authentic and connected life. If you’re interested in working together, I invite you to reach out for a consultation.
